Mr. Shiva Dhakal
Director of Nepal Department, has been involved with the tourism industry since 1992 and has been responsible for organizing many important treks to the Himalayan region of Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan. Mr. Dhakal also has wide ranging experience in arranging expeditions to many major Himalayan peaks with the support of national and international mountaineering teams. His vast experience combined with his entrepreneurial zeal has resulted in the establishment of a travel agency that has rapidly become a name to reckon with in Nepal’s tourism industry.

Mr. Renee Johannes Maria Schrama
Director of Tibet Department, is from the Netherlands. He has an educational background in economics and accountancy as well as in travel agency business management. His work experiences from 1987 to 1995, first as Senior Team Leader (China), then as Ground Manager (China), allowed him to gain increased familiarity with the vast country. From 1996 to 2006 he was the Director of Shigatse Travels, Lhasa, the re-organization of which he was responsible for, and concurrently, from 1999 to 2006, he worked in Mansarovar Group, Lhasa. Mr. Schrama also set up the Dumya Bar and Restaurant in Lhasa.

Ms Ekaterina Goryshina
Director of Russian Department, is from St Petersburg, Russia. She has worked as the Tourism Board Manager in the Intourist State Company. She has also worked as the Tour Leader for Top Sport Pvt. Ltd., Russia, and as the Tour Leader for Guide Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd., Russia. From 2006 to 2008 she worked as a travel consultant for a number of travel agencies in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. She has published numerous articles on Nepal and about the peculiarities of traveling in the region. Mrs Goryshina has guided and provided briefings for more than 3000 Russian-speaking tourists visiting Nepal. In 1999 and 2000, she gave a number of lectures on Nepal and the history of Himalayan expeditions at the St Petersburg House of Friendship, State University, Academy of Science and the Union of Artists.

Mr igor kulishov
46, is from Novokuybyshevsk, Russia. He was the Head of Department of the Electro Engineering Ship Equipment Factory from 1986 to 1990. From 1990 to 1997 he was the tour leader for Top Sport Travel, Russia, and from 1997 to 2006 he was the tour leader for Guide Tours and Travels, Russia. He worked as a technical engineer for an oxygen production company from 1996 to 2006 and since 1992, has provided technical support for oxygen climbing equipment to numerous expeditions in Nepal and Tibet some of which are: Makalu Expedition, Russian-American team, 1995, Dhaualgiri Russian Expedition, 1996, Ama Dablam Russian Expedition, 1997, Cho Oyu Russian Expedition, 1997, Everest Tibet Side, 1998, Russian Expedition, Makalu – Russian-Krasnodar Expedition,  Jannu Himal - Russian-Uzbekistan Expedition, 1999, Everest Tibet Side, Russian-Krasnodar Expedition, 2000, Ama Dablam International Team. 2001, Melungtse Russian-American Expedition, 2005, Annapurna-Dhaualgiri Kazakh Expedition, 2006, Everest, Kazakhstan Expedition, 2007, Ama Dablam, Kyrgyz Expedition, 2008, Ama Dablam, Russian-German Expedition, 2009 and Pumori, Russian Expedition New Route, 2009, beside many others.
