I would firstly like to thank you and Royal Mountain Travel for organising our trip. We had a wonderful time and it was professionally organised.

There was one mistake with the confirmation of the hotel Shanker,after our EBC trip, but you managed to arrange another nice hotel with a large room,
to compensate, and a complimentary dinner on Tuesday evening which we really enjoyed. You also kept in touch to check we were happy with the other hotel,
which was appreciated.

I would now like to provide feedback on Bibek Bhatta, our guide for our EBC trek.

He was excellent and I would highly recommend him. He was very knowledgable about the mountain region and Nepalese culture which really
enriched our trip. He found good accommodation on the trip at one of the busiest times of the year and was very knowledgable about the accommodation options in the various villages along the way and he was very organised. He was always very professional but had a very good sense of humour which made our trip even more enjoyable.

We chose a private tour (2pax plus guide) so we had flexibility in the route and start and finish times. He was excellent in providing this flexibility
but he was also very clear when we needed to acclimatise or leave at a specific time to ensure we met our daily destination.

He also organised an excellent and very reliable Porter in lukla, who was always on time and worked extremely hard.

Bibek is an extremely competent guide who could lead small and large groups and he made our trip a wonderful experience we will always remember.

I would strongly recommend Royal Mountain Travel to friends and family primarily due to our experience with Bibek and also yourself.
